Fulvia Neri

Fulvia has over 20 years of structured finance experience. Fulvia has been responsible for Italian structured finance business in Italy and advisory activities on the execution of special opportunities backed by both performing and non-performing assets, arranging financing solutions for illiquid on non-core businesses, bridge-to-market structures for specialised lenders, banks and private equity funds. Fulvia focused on all elements of the investment capital structure (senior, mezzanine and equity pieces) via securitisation. Prior to joining First Growth, Fulvia held the following previous positions:

• Executive director within the Arrow Global Group Plc, where she leaded the largest principal finance transaction executed by the Group in Italy
• Senior director at Natixis SA, Milan branch, where she was responsible for Italian securitisation desk
• Associate director at Standard & Poor’s 
• Director at Dresdner Kleinwort, where she was a senior member of the Securitisation & Principal Finance team, mainly focused on the Italian market
• Vice president at ABN AMRO, with responsibilities for asset securitisation.  

Fulvia also serves as an independent non-executive director of over ten real estate owned companies operating within Italian credit investment transactions sponsored by a primary management company. Fulvia graduated from Bocconi University (Master in Economics) in Milan. Fulvia is an Italian national and is bilingual (English and Italian).
